Hawaiian Realding Glasses |
I love the glasses but was very disappointed, when I opened them on my birthday, to find that the arm was broken and unwearable. I'm sure, I will have no trouble getting a refund but, unfortunately, it was not a good experience.

Hawaiian Reading Glasses |
I love these glasses. I was very pleased that I was able to speak with a real person with a question I had prior to ordering and she was knowledgeable, helpful and nice. I ordered the glass online and was pleased with the quick response/confirmation and how quickly I received the glasses. However, they were broken when I received them. I responded the your email asking how I liked the glasses saying that I would return them. Almost within minutes I received another message that I did not even have to go to the trouble of sending them back, that THEY WOULD JUST SEND ME ANOTHER PAIR. Thank you so much. I certainly could not ask for more. This has now been a great experience and I look forward to my new pair.
